INCRMAD products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty Period:
12 Months
from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers:
- Electrical malfunction
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty components
- Charging issues caused by product defects
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Unauthorized repairs
- Improper use
- Damage caused by dropping or misuse
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:

Our support team may request additional information.
Warranty Resolution
After review, INCRMAD may provide one of the following:
- Replacement Product
- Replacement Parts
- Store Credit
- Refund (at our discretion)
Warranty Shipping Costs
For approved warranty claims:
- INCRMAD will cover replacement shipping costs.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on their location.
